101 Best Geek-Out Moments by CoolSurface 101 Best Geek-Out Moments by CoolSurface
If you pick up the latest issue of the excellent SciFi Now (issue 57) you can see the illustration we provided for their feature "101 of the Best Geek-Out Moments". It's a great article that looks at those excellent moments, in-jokes, easter egss and pop-culture references that really appeal to sci-fi and fantasy fans; including Stan Lee hulking out in the Incredible Hulk and the legendary Bruce Campbell getting the best of Spider-Man. "Groovy!"

You can see more about SciFi Now on their website and follow SciFi Now on Twitter. Seeing as we mentioned him, you can also follow Bruce Campbell on Twitter too!

Have fun,
David

Thanks, I recently decided that I wanted to head more in this sort of style direction and fortunately it seems a lot of people agree with me :)

Funny thing is when I saw Wolverine on the bottom left extending his middle claw like that, it reminded me of that gag from X-men, the first movie. Then the shame as to how Epic Movie tried to rip off that gag and totally failed in epic proportions.

I've avoided Epic Movie so I can only sympathise with you for your pain. ;)
Originally I was asked to just make it Wolverine giving them the finger but I loved that joke from the first X-Me movie (specifically that Cyclops laughed and Jean was unimpressed).

Unfortunately I missed First Class in the cinema so I've no idea how the actual scene goes down with Wolverine's cameo.
